Each badge is personal (it is not possible to give your badge to another visitor or to exchange it for a Delegate badge)

VISA : If you need an invitation letter to get a visa, please complete the dedicated space on the badge reservation form. After validation of your payment, you will be able to download your letter directly from your visitor space online.
OPENING HOURS: The Technical Exhibition opens on Sunday August 25, 2024 (2 pm > 7:30 pm) and from Monday August 26 to Friday August 30 (9 am > 6 pm) – Closing at 4:30 pm on Friday August 30.
Sunday August 25: You are invited to the Opening Ceremony, starting at 3:30 pm in the Grand Amphithéâtre, followed by a welcome cocktail on the 3 levels of the Exhibition, until 7:30 pm.
IMPORTANT : The visitor’s badge gives you access to the Technical Exhibition ONLY. If you wish to attend the Technical Exhibition and CONFERENCES, please do not order a visitor’s badge (no visitor’s badge will be reimbursed). Instead, we invite you to order a DELEGATE BADGE directly by registering before the Session on https://session.cigre.org/registration.html
